The school has put together a faculty comprising efficient, experienced and trained teachers to ensure the best educational output. Responsibility, dedication, love, care and efficiency are the hallmarks of our teachers. Recently Pearson Education, the world's biggest education company has recognized and certified our teachers.
Mescoites are a competent team of teachers belonging to different castes, religions and states, selected strictly on the basis of merit. We try to maintain ratio of 1 teacher for 22 students (1:22). The institution functions as a big family having well qualified and competent teaching staff, guiding and steering the students to brilliant achievements and working as a cohensive team. All the members of the staff are approchable to pupils as well as to the parents. There is synchronised system for in-house training of teachers who undergo in-service and orientation courses at frequent intervals to keep pace with the rapid developments. The faculty organized by MESCO works with children to discover and nourish their core strength with excellent environment, green lawns, fresh air, modern thought and well experienced teachers.
